Paint Nature with Water
Take some paintbrushes and a bucket of water outside for some fun, mess free art! Kids can paint the fence, the path, or anything else that they feel like.
This activity can lead to some great discussions about evaporation and the water cycle. Make a puddle on the concrete and draw a line around it in chalk. Check on it regularly during the day to see what happens. To extend this idea, you could make a puddle in the shade and a puddle in the sun and draw around them in chalk. What do you notice?
