Possum Run 2023 Funding

We love the Possum Night Trail Run event. It gets families out in nature at night at the coldest time of year! But, even better than that, they chose us as their charity! This year we received $2345 from them to buy next seasons plants for schools and ECE centres. Our coordinators, their children and many of our student leaders had a fun time running the 5km event around the Whangamata Stream in Kinloch.

We're super excited to have received our first batch of plants for this season, bought with funding from last year’s event.

Thanks so much to The Ledlenser Possum Night Trail Run and Walk for the funding to buy these for our local Taupō schools and ECE centres. There are some beautiful plants that will provide food and habitat to our native birds, bugs, and lizards, helping bring biodiversity to our schools and kindergartens.
