Spot Slime Moulds
Have you heard of slime moulds? They are not an animal, plant, or fungi. They spend most of their lives as individual organisms, but come together to reproduce. Once together, they form a big ‘blob’ which moves around to find food! It eats the bacteria on decomposing material. Horror movies have been inspired by these moving blobs that eat as they move!
