Use this activity as a chance to be still and quiet, breathe deep, loose track of time, calm your mind and enjoy the simple things in life.
If you would like to take this one step further you could focus on near, there and far. Sitting quietly, observing everything around you and within you. Make sure to use all your senses and emotions. Is there anything that you feel emotionally connected to in nature? What brings about that feeling?
